SPANISH LANGUAGE:
The official name for this program at the University of Granada's (UGR)  Center for Modern Languages (CLM) is CILE (Curso Intensivo de Lengua Española). If you choose this option each month you will take one block of Spanish.

*Depending on the year these months may change in how many hours are offered due to local holidays.

For those who arrives for the early start date for the Fall or Spring semester here is how that is structured:

SPANISH LANGUAGE, ELECTIVES & INTERNSHIPS:

The official name for these programs at the University of Granada's (UGR)  Center for Modern Languages (CLM) are CLCE (Curso de Lengua y Cultura Españolas), which we call the "Language & Culture track" and CEH (Curso de Estudios Hispánicos), which we call the "Hispanic Studies track".

For this program for the Fall and Spring semester you have the option of an early start date taking a Spanish Language course in order to improve your language skills and earn additional credit.

The elective classes are Monday - Thursday. Classes are taught Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday. We try to have all of your classes in the mornings so that we can use the afternoons for cultural activities after lunch.

Language & Culture track (CLCE): 4 to 5 classes (a 6th course can be added on for an additional cost)

Hispanic Studies track (CEH): 4 to 5 classes (a 6th course can be added on for an additional cost)
