Request an Additional Transcript
For every Arcos program that you complete you will receive one official university transcript. This official transcript is sent to the university or admissions department that you indicate. Any processing or mailing fees are waived for this included transcript. For requesting additional transcripts (for graduate school applications, job applications, etc.) please follow the instructions on this page.
If you attended multiple locations and terms, please complete a separate form for each term/location that you attended. For example, if you attended an Arcos Fall program in Spain and an Arcos Spring program in Costa Rica.
Pricing & Payment
All payments are made online via ACH/eCheck or credit card. We do not accept checks for additional transcript requests. After you submit your request form you will be sent an invoice with payment instructions. Once payment is received your transcript will be sent and you will receive email confirmation of its delivery.

Delivery Information
Transcripts are processed within 5 business days of receiving payment.
Each transcript is accompanied by an Arcos cover letter.
Digital:
All electronic transcripts will be emailed as PDFs. Arcos is not affiliated with any electronic transcript delivery services (i.e. National Student Clearinghouse, Parchment, Scrip-Safe, etc).
Mail:
Charges apply to transcripts being sent by regular U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
The mailing method is standard mail with no tracking number.
Requests that need to be processed within 3 business days or less are subject to the expedited processing and mailing fee. The fee applies to expedited transcript requests sent via regular U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If you need an expedited service (i.e 2 day or overnight) please contact our office for additional shipping fees that may apply.
Should your transcript not arrive at its destination, it will be your responsibility to submit another request with payment for the transcript(s) to be resent. Tracking information is not available for transcript requests mailed through regular USPS.
