How to Apply
Ready to submit your application with Arcos Learning Abroad? Please follow the two steps below and you will be well on your way to a life-changing study abroad experience!
A non-refundable $200 program deposit is required to reserve your place in the program.
This amount goes towards your program price (it is not an additional fee).
Should you not be accepted into the program the deposit is refunded.
Your application is not considered complete until the deposit has been submitted.
Payment instructions will be provided to you after your application is received.
Eligibility
We recommend a cumulative GPA of 2.5. Should your GPA be lower than 2.5 you may be asked to submit more information. Make sure to check with your study abroad office in case they have any GPA requirements.
Be in good academic and conduct standing with your home university.
Students must be 18 years of age by the program start date.
What Happens Next in the Application Process?
Arcos Learning Abroad will send you a confirmation email that your application was received.
You will also receive an email with a copy of the information you submitted for your files.
Arcos will contact you to review your application and to confirm your program acceptance.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
Apply early to reserve your spot! Arcos Learning Abroad programs fill up before our application deadlines. Once a program is full, we will create a "Waitlist". Arcos reserves the right to change our deadlines for programs that have a Waitlist.
All applications and materials are due by the Application Deadline.
If you are using financial aid or scholarships to help pay for your program, a Financial Aid Award Verification Form is due by the Application & Payment Deadline.
Your university or school may have its own study abroad deadlines. Be sure to check with your advisor about any internal application processes you must complete in addition to applying directly to Arcos Learning Abroad.
